What you'll be doing...
We're looking for you to help us put the latest, most powerful wireless technology in the hands of new consumers and business customers. You'll build the digital marketing programs and content that will excite current and potential customers about our brand, attract traffic to our site, and drive new sales. Based on your research and analysis, you'll identify the best content and channels to reach potential new customers online. Then, you'll measure success and identify ways to be even more effective. The job you do every day will help attract new customers and help grow our wireless business.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing digital marketing best practices, evaluating what drives online engagement, and developing programs to capture the attention of new customers online.
- Designing, finding, and delivering the right content in the best ways to maximize impact.
- Expanding the use of content marketing throughout the business.
- Assessing success, sharing results, and adjusting plans to do even better.
What we're looking for...
Understanding and influencing consumer online behavior fascinates you. You dig into data to find the story within. When you see the results of your effort show up in the latest report update, you know you have succeeded. You want to have a real impact and have your insights translate into new business. You value the perspectives of others and understand that the best results come from different points of view.
You'll need to have:
- Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- Digital marketing experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A degree, Bachelors or higher.
- Identified content and optimized approaches for different channels.
- Analyzed web traffic and social media performance through SEO analysis.
- Adobe SiteCatalyst experience.
- Analyzed data, developed reports, and made recommendations.
- Managed complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Built and maintained brand editorial calendars.

Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $82,000.00 and $152,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
