Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quick Lane Service Advisor to join the team at Granite Automotive at our Nissan location in Rapid City, South Dakota. This is a key individual contributor position and the qualified individual will provide excellent customer service while managing service consultant duties. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of automotive mechanics, customer service, and computer skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service, accept service requests, and provide estimates for repair costs.
- Communicate with technicians about service requests and repairs.
- Keep accurate records of customer information, repair estimates, and customer schedules.
- Follow up with customers after service is completed to ensure satisfaction.
- Foster relationships with customers to promote future sales.
- Process payments and balance the cash drawer.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent, Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive and truck technology, industry trends, and products.
- Proficient in accounting and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and close the sale.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Friendly, organized, reliable and personable.
- Valid driver’s license.
