What You'll Do:
- Collaborate and Create: Work closely with our design team, installers, and management to bring custom window treatments to life for our clients.
- Full Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process—from meeting clients and offering design solutions to quoting, follow-ups, and placing orders, with the support of our office team.
- Be the Expert: Provide personalized recommendations and ensure every client gets exactly what they need.
- Team Spirit: Work with a supportive crew that’s committed to delivering top-notch service and making every project a success.

A Typical Day in Four Parts:
- Client Interaction & Sales:
- Meet clients in our showroom or their homes and offer tailored design advice.
- Guide clients through the entire process, from initial consultation to follow-up.
- Collaborate with installers for a seamless project execution.
- Sales Process & Ordering:
- Prepare quotes, place orders, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage the details, making sure everything runs smoothly and orders are accurate.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
- Leads are provided, but feel free to bring your networking skills!
- Manage client accounts and follow up to ensure a high closing rate.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work alongside installers and operations for a fantastic customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Design Enthusiast: A background in design is a bonus, but not required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
- Sales Experience: Familiarity with in-home sales, quoting, precise measuring, account management, and project management.
- People Person: Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and teammates.
- Adaptable & Positive: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to handle changes and manage multiple projects with a smile.
- Quoterite Experience: Experience with Quoterite is a plus, but not essential.
