As an automotive Service BDC representative, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue for the dealership. The service Business Development Center serves as the HEART for customer interactions, ensuring the service appointments are efficiently managed and customers receive the best possible experience.
$18-$20 / hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers seeking service appointments, addressing their inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Make outbound calls to customers who haven't been in for service recently to encourage them to schedule appointments or promote specific maintenance services.
- Track customer service history, appointment data, and other relevant information to improve service efficiency.
- Accurately assess customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain the essential communication link between the customer and the dealership.
- Maintain a professional code of conduct at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or automotive BDC positions.
- Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
- Prompt and courteous demeanor.
- Positive and hardworking personality.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at building positive relationships over the phone, email, or text.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Basic automotive knowledge a plus; Subaru knowledge HUGE plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
