Duties/Responsibilities:
- Consult and close deals that fit the client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships on a deep level, past the transaction with clients.
- Participate in daily and weekly team calls, as well as quarterly in-person meetings and training sessions.

- Engage in participation in one or more of the following industry groups: AOPA, NATA, NBAA, ACSF.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Communications – written, verbal, and active listening skills must be excellent.
- Negotiations – the ability to empathize and solve problems is essential.
- Research – the ability to collect information and present results in a manner most useful to the client.
- Previous consulting and/or instructional experience.
- Toastmasters or equivalent public speaking experience.
- Demonstrated high levels of applied emotional intelligence.
- Must possess a persistent, resilient, and positive attitude.
- Technology skills: Adaptability to standard as well as innovative systems is a must.
- Three written professional references that are available for telephone interviews.
- Previous consulting, coaching, and/or instructional experience.
Education and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Aviation Sciences, Aviation Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Pre-Law, or Economics.
- Technology skills: Adaptability to standard as well as innovative systems is a must.
- Have had participation in one or more of the following industry groups: AOPA, NATA, NBAA, ACSF.
- Demonstrated high-levels of applied emotional intelligence.
- Must possess a persistent, resilient and positive attitude.
- Must be able to demonstrate success from a proven track record of service excellence, including the ability to provide a minimum of three references that have recommended you to their peers, resulting in additional business.
