Description
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 3 PM until 12 AM; 4 weeks of training will be required M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM.
Work Environment: 100% in the office.
Clearance: Must have the ability to apply for Government Clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Court Order Compliance group.
- Data entry of legal processes into our workflow management system.
- Answer high volume calls and distribute voicemail messages.
- Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Work independently and problem-solve issues.
- Utilize sound judgment in communication with law enforcement regarding life-threatening situations 24/7.
- Document and manage cases in compliance with applicable laws and company procedures.
- Learn basic legal concepts, terminology, principles, and procedures.
- Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information for computer entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities.
- Resolve deficiencies using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents for resolution.
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide customer service experience.
- Exhibit proficient typing and transcription skills.
- Demonstrate computer and technical skills.
- Show organizational and time management abilities.
- Possess strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Commit to working as part of a team.
- Make sound decisions and escalate matters to management when necessary.
Education: Paralegal certificate is not required, but any legal background, college education, or experience is preferred.
