Essential Responsibilities & Duties
- Schedule appointments for customers
- Proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
- Work closely with Managers to improve quality of appointments and identify opportunities to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain call volume and email leads in a professional and efficient manner to earn customer business and build rapport.
- Proactively meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and appointment goals, maintaining relationships with customers.
- Log and track appointments set, shown, and sold using CRM and Microsoft Excel.
- Follow up with sales customers to assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, schedule appointments, retain current customers, and establish a positive relationship between the Webb Automotive group and customer.
- Consistently grow and demonstrate knowledge of the products by providing customers with the proper information and directing customers to product information resources available to them on the internet.
Qualification Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to policies and schedule requirements
Other Experience
- Automotive experience a plus
- Call center experience a plus
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Hospitality experience
