As a Business Development Consultant, your initial training consists of a multi-week, comprehensive program where new hires begin to learn consultative selling skills and Oracle solutions. This serves as the base of new hire learning and provides you with the tools to make an instant impact as part of a highly collaborative sales team. Oracle provides continuous training and coaching throughout your career.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only:
US: Hiring Range: from $18.41 to $28.80 per hour; from $38,300 to $59,900 per annum. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 90/10.

What You’ll Do
A challenging, exciting role that will test your sales skills, tenacity and hunting skills, strategic thinking capabilities, ability to remain focused, and follow-through. You will be provided the tools, training, coaching, and people resources to help you be successful. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Generate demand for Oracle solutions through social selling and outbound cold calling.
- Qualify Oracle prospects and produce quality leads for the Oracle Sales Team.
- Identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high-value relationships with existing customers.
As a Business Development Consultant You Will:
- Collaborate and coordinate with the sales team on territory and account strategy, demand generation activities, and desired results.
- Build sales pipeline using social selling and cold calling methodologies.
- Ensure all data is properly maintained and updated in the Oracle CRM application.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Oracle technologies, territories, accounts, competitors, industry trends, etc.
- Develop strong customer relationships to identify and drive product expansion/upsell opportunities.
