Job Summary
Advise and consult customers on vehicle service needs. Create repair orders for customers and communicate with the service department.
Responsibilities
- Promptly meets and greets customers
- Determines the nature of customer problems
- Creates Repair Order detailing service to be performed
- Obtains customer approval for service before delivering order to service personnel
- Reviews completed repairs or services performed with customers and collects payment
- Performs daily cash/sales procedures at close of business day
- Complies with Company Quality Control Program, Company Safety Policy, OSHA and EPA regulations
Desired Qualifications - Knowledge of computerized sales and marketing software
- Knowledge of auto/truck Repairs, tire, lube and maintenance issues
- Experience using Ro Writer, Activant, All-Data and vehicle service manuals to research and determine the resolution of malfunctions
- Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years experience in a retail environment, preferably auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance
- 3+ years experience as a Service Advisor in an auto repair store, auto dealership or comparable professional environment.
- Experience as a vehicle mechanic or lubrication technician

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
