What you’ll achieve:
You will develop and apply workplace knowledge, building toward a specification in sales and marketing.Key focus areas will include sales lead distribution between partners and sales operations as well as establishing a tracking process through available sales tools. You will learn how OEM Solutions partners with customers and resellers to innovate and deliver unique hardware, software and services solution.
You Will:
- Partner with support organizations to learn operations and sales tools including Salesforce.com
- Engage with sales managers and team members to learn selling motions and best practices
- Develop organizational behavior skills and establish corporate workplace ethic
- Cultivate effective communication skills and executive presence
- Manage project(s) that will impact revenue growth to the business
Essential Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong assessment, judgement and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in sales or a related field
Desired Requirements
- Marketing or sales experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $15.03 - $26.68 depending on location.
