Bells AI - Senior Solution Delivery Consultant
We are seeking a dedicated and client-centric Solution Delivery Consultant to join our team to focus on our adoption of Bells AI with clients. In this pivotal role, you will lead adoption projects focused on training administrative staff and end-users to effectively utilize Bells AI, thereby enhancing their workflow and productivity. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless transition to Bells AI, guiding clients through the adoption process, and providing ongoing support to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.
The Bells Digital Assistant is designed to make the documentation process faster, easier, and higher quality for behavioral health, addiction treatment, child and family services, IDD, autism, and direct service providers. Our artificial intelligence (AI) technology alleviates pain points to enable faster onboarding, staff retention and recruitment, reduce documentation time, enable concise clinical documentation, drive adherence and engagement in care plans, and maximize reimbursements.
With our Bells AI Adoption Projects, we go beyond mere training to ensure that our clients fully embrace and derive the utmost benefit from Bells AI. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client experiences and empowering healthcare agencies to optimize their clinical documentation processes through our cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Complete complex system configuration and assist with testing as necessary; ensure proper configuration management and change control processes.
- Gather and document business requirements based upon client requirements and known system functionality.
- Lead design sessions to uncover interdependencies and design decision impacts using recommended practices.
- Responsible for training, coaching, guiding, and mentoring Application Analysts and Consultants.
- Identify, resolve and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and Netsmart leadership; analyze data to determine configuration readiness.
- Develop client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and execute process improvement opportunities and efficiencies.
- Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of health care information technology implementation experience including troubleshooting data and software applications.
- At least 1 year of process improvement experience.
- At least 1 year of project execution experience.
Preferred
- Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions.
- Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc.).
Potential travel 20% of the time as needed. Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel.
