CAPITAL is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As the Service Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring automotive maintenance and repair services. Your role will involve assessing customers' vehicle service needs, scheduling appointments, and communicating effectively with the service department to ensure timely completion of work.

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to accurately diagnose problems and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workload efficiently.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Other duties assigned.
Automotive Service Advisor Requirements:
- Experience in automotive service advising or a similar customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components, including diagnostic procedures and repair techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications used for estimating, scheduling, and invoicing.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
