As a key member of our Technology Service Management Practices organization, you'll play a crucial role in managing incidents and requests within ServiceNow, collaborating with a dynamic team to design effective processes and engaging stakeholders to meet evolving business needs.
In this role you will:
- Perform day-to-day management in ServiceNow, driving improved outcomes through ITSM processes
- Work collaboratively with professionals owning Incident and Request processes, fostering cross-functional teamwork
- Design effective and efficient processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address evolving business needs
- Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with their requirements and expectations
- Utilize statistical and logic data analysis techniques to optimize processes
- Utilize peer relationships and technical resources to deliver quality outcomes
- Set, monitor, and develop control plans for performance targets and KPIs

The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management or a similar field
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including reporting and analytics hub
- Process improvement experience
