The opportunity
- Partner with sales leadership in strategic operational planning and ensure decisions align with the overall company sales approach and goals
- Support day-to-day business operations including Sales Forecasting, Territory Management, Pipeline Management, Analytics & Insights, and monthly/quarterly business reporting (QBRs)
- Develop insightful analytics packages and insights and deliver recommendations to GTM leadership on areas of risk or opportunity.
- Work alongside our Sales Enablement Team to launch and execute revenue-impacting programs, such as sales plays, campaigns, and sales process management.
- Own, track and manage the annual planning process, perform reporting analysis on current territory and future designs to capitalize on future growth
- Partner with internal stakeholders within the organization to improve data integrity with the CRM
What you bring

- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g. Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Planning, in a B2B SaaS business preferably with a global mindset
- Demonstrated ability to conduct complicated analysis, identify key insights, and recommend actions
- Business partnership experience with executives and strong presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, forecasting tools (i.e. Clari / Collaborative Forecasting) Advanced Excel/BI skills desired (modeling, forecasting, complex data analysis)
- Experience supporting Public Sector Sales organizations (State and Local Government, Federal Civilian Agencies, and Defense departments) is advantageous but not required.

Salary Information
Colorado, New York, California, Washington only: The salary range for this position is as indicated below. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience, among other factors.
Colorado: $108,000 - $121,500
New York/California/Washington: $120,000 - $135,000
