The role
You will work on a vast array of technologies and functions, including:
- Investigation of issues within reports, analytical models and integration tasks
- Delivery of remote technical services for clients such as assisting with data warehousing, cloud integration and the development of machine learning models
You will also spend two years developing your technical skills, delivering application support and development from our offices in beautiful, leafy Richmond. During this period, you will:
- Expand your technical and business knowledge
- Gain technical accreditations in products from Microsoft, IBM and Informatica
- Gain experience in consultancy, systems architecture, project management, pre-sales and team leadership
- Work with a mentor
- Develop through a mixture of formal training, internal case studies and shadowing of consultants
Candidate profile
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A positive and can-do team attitude
- Obtained a 2:1 in a STEM subject
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills, being adept at conveying technical and complex processes to non-technical individuals
- Self-motivating and entrepreneurial
- A desire to develop clever solutions and further themselves and the business in all areas
