About the Team

What we’re looking for
- Experience in Internal Comms/ Consultancy.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, one on one, group, formal presentations. Able to produce well-structured and clear customer facing documentation and reports.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Experience creating and delivering end-to-end communications strategies with the ability to articulate the impact of these strategies through quantitative data.
- Working knowledge of localisation, geographical and cultural complexities as it relates to communications.
- Able to manage internal communications channels across a variety of different content types.
- Able to make quick decisions and keep track of deadlines and agendas.
- Consultancy skills with the ability to identify and promote business benefits to a client.
- Excellent customer service skills – hugely responsive internally and to customers.
