Role Mission
We are seeking an experienced Growth Lead specializing in Direct Mail Marketing to lead our customer acquisition and retention initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of HubSpot or similar CRMs to effectively manage campaigns and analyze performance. You will develop innovative mass mail strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
Deliverables- Design, implement, and optimize direct mail marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Utilize HubSpot to segment audiences, manage campaigns, and track performance metrics.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to develop targeted mailing lists and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling direct mail pieces that align with brand messaging.
- Manage budget allocations for direct mail initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximized returns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in direct mail marketing to innovate and improve campaigns.
- Attend conferences (e.g., 1 every month or two) across America, manage our booth, and represent the company.
About You- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in direct mail marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs, with experience in campaign management and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation and campaign performance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail in creative execution.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
- Roll up your sleeves type mentality.
Nice To Have- Experience in a fintech environment and/or within a startup setting is a plus.
