Role Mission

We are seeking an experienced Growth Lead specializing in Direct Mail Marketing to lead our customer acquisition and retention initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of HubSpot or similar CRMs to effectively manage campaigns and analyze performance. You will develop innovative mass mail strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

Deliverables

Design, implement, and optimize direct mail marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Utilize HubSpot to segment audiences, manage campaigns, and track performance metrics.
Analyze customer data and market trends to develop targeted mailing lists and campaign strategies.
Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling direct mail pieces that align with brand messaging.
Manage budget allocations for direct mail initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximized returns.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in direct mail marketing to innovate and improve campaigns.
Attend conferences (e.g., 1 every month or two) across America, manage our booth, and represent the company.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
A minimum of 4 years of experience in direct mail marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth.
Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs, with experience in campaign management and analytics.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation and campaign performance analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail in creative execution.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
Roll up your sleeves type mentality.

Nice To Have

Experience in a fintech environment and/or within a startup setting is a plus.
