Job Description
Job Summary:
To assist the Area General Manager/Technician in achieving the company’s mission, goals and objectives with the administrative policies and procedures; administrative personnel (Account Consultants) and customer service functions of the office. He/she is supervised by the Area General Manager/Technician.
Job Duties:
- Provide leadership and example in customer service, customer satisfaction, integrity, work ethic, and sales with expected trips to other sites.
- Train new personnel and monitor performance for each customer service agent.
- Perform various duties as outlined and specified by their supervisor.
- Perform backup bookkeeper duties and assist in various bookkeeper duties in Camden.
- Assist and possibly interview prospects for Account Consultant positions.
- Fill in any Account Consultant position during the absence of an employee.
- Work with their supervisor to prepare various reports.
- Establish or fulfill procedures to achieve administrative function in Sales and Quality Control.
- Establish policy for excellent customer service, administrative function, and personnel morale.
- Manage exceptional items in ICOMS such as gratis and commercial accounts.
- Manage bill issues both vendor and customer related.
- Inform their supervisor of morale issues, conflicts, or special items of interest with the staff of the business office.
- Maintain the aging report and any other job duties assigned.
Job Specifications:
Education: High School Degree or equivalent
Experience: 2 years Customer Service, Administration functions- programs and Sales
Knowledge:
- Expertise in customer problem solving
- Word processing and spreadsheet programs
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Money management/Accounting skills
- Meeting customer satisfaction
Working Conditions:
Office environment / 40 hour work week is typical although overtime can be expected.
Some travel is expected between area sites.
Other:
Successful candidate must pass random drug screenings throughout employment. Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work.
