The Human Resources Business Partner plays a vital role in driving the success of our organization by developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage, develop, and optimize our human capital. This role is focused on aligning our human resources practices with our business objectives to enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention. Additionally, the Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for talent development, employee engagement, and retention, working closely with the field leadership team to cultivate and nurture top talent.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Identify and develop leadership talent within the organization.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and ensure timely feedback and goal setting.
- Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and job satisfaction.
- Implement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee well-being.
- Monitor employee turnover rates and develop retention strategies.
- Assist in overseeing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive salary structures.
- Support the management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Oversight of all state compliance needs – ADA, FMLA, Workers Comp, and all specialty state compliance requirements.
- Manage reasonable accommodation requests, outcomes, and recertifications.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
- Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings and terminations.
- Utilize HR analytics to track and report on key HR metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
- Prepare reports on HR activities and trends.

- Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Proven experience in talent development, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
- Experience with "fieldwork" and supporting multi-site facilities from an HR support perspective preferred.
Working Relationships:
- Center level field team members to include Medical Assistants, Front Desk, Physicians, and APP’s.
- Practice Managers, Regional Managers.
- AllCare administrative team members.
- Vendor/Partner - Relevant Vendor relationship management if applicable.
Working Conditions:
- The position requires a hybrid schedule, with two days of remote work and three days of travel to AllCare centers in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
- Flexibility to work extended hours if needed. May include some weekends.
