We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Sr. Employee Benefits Consultant & Broker to join our culture of success. The Sr. Employee Benefits Consultant & Broker works closely with Producers to support and develop effective employee benefit strategies and programs for BlueStone Advisors’ clients. The Sr. Employee Benefits Consultant & Broker will support Account Managers in strategic account management for moderately complex client accounts. The Sr. Employee Benefits Consultant & Broker will work closely with BlueStone's largest clients to form effective business relationships through proactive client service, proactively manage plan renewals, and serve as a benefits resource in supporting producer’s new business efforts.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategist in developing employee communication strategies and materials
- Assist account management team in analyzing carrier reports, benefit plan structures, plan design and industry trends and make appropriate benefit plan recommendations
- Provide consulting to large clients regarding health and welfare benefit program plan design and trends within the benefits industry
- Responsible for overall growth and retention strategy of Employee Benefits book of business
- Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve escalated complex service issues that require policy interpretation
- Hire and develop account managers, client services and consultants to grow market share
Qualifications
- College degree and insurance license required
- Consulting & Brokerage experience required
- MUST have 5 years of Employee Benefits Consulting experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
