We are looking for a Senior Analytics Consultant to join BrokerLink and work out of our Glenmore, AB or Toronto, ON office, on a Permanent FT Basis.

What the Role Entails:
- Develop, maintain and optimize sustainable predictive analytics models to improve our broker and customer experience.
- Work autonomously on challenging, strategic projects in areas such as: customer profiling & segmentation, client retention & cross-sell, and more.
- Drive change by improving work processes and making substantive observations, conclusions and recommendations.
- Analyze large volume of data from multiple sources to identify business opportunities and find solutions to strategic challenges. Share the conclusions and provide recommendations within the established timeline.
- Support and collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including front line managers, human resources, finance, and technology by advancing current analytics processes.
The Successful candidate will have:
- University Degree
- Certifications in Mathematics, Actuarial, Finance or Economics, ACAS or FCAS preferred
- 5 years or more of actuarial experience (preferably in the P&C Insurance sector)
- Good knowledge with SAS, VBA, R or Python
- Desirable competencies: adaptability, innovative, analytical, decision making, critical thinking, stellar communication, planning and organizing, team oriented
