Please note that you will be required to work in any of our communities within the surrounding suburbs of Greensboro, Winston-Salem, or High Point, NC. We are currently hiring for the following communities:
- Bowman's Place - Mebane, NC
- Rich Fork Heights - High Point, NC
- Caleb's Creek - Kernersville, NC
- Ardmore Townhomes - Winston-Salem, NC
- Wilkes Ridge - Lexington, NC
- Covington Ridge - NEW community coming in Thomasville, NC!
Average annual sales income is $150,000-$300,000+
What you’ll do: Sell new, high-quality homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory, while working with and learning from an industry-leading sales team.

Qualifications:
- Active state Real Estate License or enrolled in state Real Estate licensing course required
- 1 or more years of quota bearing commission-based sales experience required
- 1 or more years of B2B or B2C sales experience required
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work weekends on a regular basis required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team-centered environment required
- Formal sales training, B2B sales, broker and leadership experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
