The SEA Acquisition & Performance Manager will lead the creation, management, and optimization of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms) for our hotel clients. You will work closely with the digital marketing team, using data-driven insights to improve performance and drive measurable results for our clients. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of SEA strategies and tools, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored SEA strategies for hotel clients, with a focus on lead generation, bookings, and revenue growth.
- Develop and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, monitor, and adjust campaigns based on performance data and client objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, CTR, ROAS, and CPC.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to clients on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with hotel clients to understand their goals, and collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, web design) to align strategies.
- Lead client communication regarding SEA campaign progress, performance, and optimization strategies.
- Provide training and consultation to clients on paid search best practices and tools.
- Keep up with the latest SEA trends and new features from platforms like Google and Microsoft.
- Identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance and drive innovation in clients' digital marketing strategies.
- Test new tactics such as Performance Max, dynamic search ads, or new bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing SEA campaigns, ideally within an agency or the hospitality sector.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using reporting and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
- Fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with campaign management tools, bid management, and automation technologies.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its digital marketing challenges is a strong plus.
