Join our dynamic team of Direct Sales and make use of your hunting, analytical, and negotiation skills to acquire new clients. As a Business Development Executive, you will engage with SMEs and advise them on the best solution to adopt for their business.
Concretely, you will be in charge of the whole Sales cycle, from leads to closing, including customers’ onboarding.
Working model: Work from Office / Onsite
What will you do?
- Receive leads, initiate contact, and qualify the potential clients.
- Analyse and understand the customer needs, activities, challenges, and pain points.
- Present the CRM software by providing tailored demonstrations according to the customers' needs.
- Provide customised quotes and negotiate conditions of the contract.
Profile
- Strong business knowledge and curiosity.
- Genuine interest in IT and software.
- Analytic vision & fighting spirit.
- Good organisational skills.
Nice to Have
- Business degree with 1+ years of experience in Sales.
- Previous experience in Sales or Consultancy.
- Previous experience in the IT sector.
