Job Summary:
This position serves as support to the sales team and contractor customers by providing product and service information; project tracking, following up on open quotes, resolving product and service problems, helping with VE options, lead information, and MSDS sheets, with the objective of pulling through new and existing sales opportunities.
Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with contractor customers and salespeople via telephone and/or e-mail in their assigned territory.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information including customer contacts, locations of service, etc.
- Update business partner accounts into a software program with current data.
- Support the end-to-end sales process to include following up and communicating to the contractor customer.
- Works directly with Design Consultants to pull through specifications.
- Verify and provide pricing; calculate margins; track special pricing to ensure the proper price is on quote and order.
- Review existing quotes by region and follow up to pull through orders with supports from the customer service group.
- Process sales orders into a software program (Salesforce).
- Process sample requests as needed for contractor customers and ensure formal submittals are completed and signed.
- Utilize organization tools within the software to resolve any open orders that need attention so that factory order and freight pick up can be completed.
- Working directly with A&D consultant to resolve any product-related issues or shortages with contractor customers.
- Execute the strategic goals as detailed by the Director of Contract Sales.

Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of customer service/project management experience.
- 2+ years of purchasing or logistics experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- SAP Business One or similar preferred.
- Salesforce experience.
