As a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant, you will perform a variety of consultative work based on the needs of our clients. The Senior Technical Solutions Consultant will be able to advise on developing requirements for Servigistics implementation while maintaining focus on requirements already approved. Additionally, they will have a high degree of technical acumen and collaborate directly with client leadership to understand their supply chain challenges and translate those needs into working solutions provided by our company. The Senior Technical Solutions Consultant is expected to provide the following areas of expertise:
- Provide industry-specific coaching and training to clients.
- Brainstorm strategies for growth, positive change, and improvement.
- Be knowledgeable about SQL commands.
- Analyze and research the source of technical issues.
- Give presentations and organize team meetings.
- Meet with existing clients to perform an initial assessment, discuss goals, and strategize methods for improvement.
- Solve problems through helpful recommendations and practical suggestions.
- Collect data on clients and the business through interviews, workplace shadowing, and researching documents.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- US Citizenship
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years experience as a technical consultant supporting an enterprise software solution such as ERP, CRM, or SCM.
- Strong communication skills when speaking with customers and demonstrated reliability in being the customer's point of contact.
- Day-to-day experience writing SQL queries as well as working within Oracle or SQL database.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or Pentaho is a plus.
- Experience with data mapping and systems integration is a plus.
