Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieving individual sales goals through our selling model throughout all product offerings.
- Providing well-rounded solutions, market expertise, and partnership by understanding customer needs and developing relationships with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers, and trade organizations.
- Proactively originating new customer relationships through networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
- Helping customers grow their business and offer a single point of contact for their ongoing needs.
- Continually striving for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers.
Qualifications:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Individual’s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.
- New Hire Comp, annual base salary of $50,000 + $2,000.00 monthly guaranteed commission for the first 12 months. After 12 months, then on the standard commission and bonus structure.
- After guarantee period, annual base salary is performance-driven (will go up or down based on previous years bookings).
- Commission plan - Commission can be up to 5.60% based upon discount applied to Net Price of product and/or service.
- Monthly bonus opportunity based upon monthly actual bookings; 1.0% for booking <75% of quota attainment and 1.75% for booking >=75% of quota attainment.
- Standard IRS Mileage reimbursement (for new hire and existing consultants).
