Are you outgoing and enjoy meeting new people daily? Join our fast growing sales team! This position will be responsible for driving revenue and profitable growth in the Milwaukee Metro area. Sales experience preferred; knowledge of home improvements is helpful.
Purpose: To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned appointments and provide an accurate assessment and pricing of the project. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of pricing for product and service delivery, seeing project through to completion. Training is expected to take 2-4 weeks depending on experience.
Pay: Draw / Commission Based. Project Consultant earnings range $75-$200K+/year.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- In-home sales of windows, doors, & siding
- Generate and qualify referrals
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients
- Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
- Negotiate with clients
- Develop sales proposals with accurate pricing
- Prepare and present sales contracts
- Maintain sales activity records
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Follow up on sales activity
- Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
- Report on sales activities and follow up
- Participate in sales events
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Education and Experience:
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications and general technological aptitude (use a smart phone and tablet)
- Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Knowledge of basic business principles
- Experience in sales
- Experience in making presentations
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Benefits offered:
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $75,000 to $200,000 per year
