Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and consultation services for mutual funds, variable annuities, securities, and other investment vehicles to our customers.
- Provide training and sales support to our branch representatives.
- Responsible for sales of mutual funds, variable annuities, securities, and other investment vehicles directly to Bank customers.
- Arrange, coordinate, and conduct ongoing training sessions for branch employees regarding setting up interviews, identifying prospects, how to approach prospects, and increasing product knowledge.
- Contact assigned branch offices on a regular basis to report sales, sales interviews, service interviews, and exchange any other pertinent information as required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or its equivalent is required; a bachelor degree in business-related field from an accredited college or university is preferred. Requires at least five years of related sales experience. Requires Series 7, Series 63, (Series 65 preferred), and insurance licenses (Wisconsin life, annuity, and LTC) along with up-to-date continuing education. Requires exemplary sales skills in addition to effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to conduct effective group presentations. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities required. Previous experience in bank programs and knowledge of the banking industry is desirable.
Employee regularly operates a motor vehicle to travel between branch locations.
