Job Title: Event Sales Consultant
Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 basic (OTE £45K)
Location: Hertford/ Hybrid
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am till 5pm
We are seeking an experienced and proactive B2B Sales Professional to join our client based in Hertford. This role involves managing the events process and prospecting businesses with the aim of signing them up for the company’s events.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Previous B2B sales experience.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proactive and works well on own initiative.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting to businesses via calling, email, and Sales Navigator with the aim of selling B2B events and securing attendees.
- Follow up on warm leads and prospect potential clients.
- Work towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Account manage existing clients and upsell other products and services.
- Manage pre-event organization and planning.
- Respond to client queries and resolve any complaints.
- Attend live events to ensure they run smoothly.
