We are currently looking for a qualified Service Advisor to join the Autosaver Group team. The Service Advisor creates a quality customer experience, increases service-lane traffic and improves overall service advocacy. They work with active prospects to procure appointments with maintenance-based appointment setting practices, provide information and perform effective follow-up and assist with maintaining existing relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedules service department appointments.
- Contacts no-shows to reschedule appointments.
- Follows up with customers after the appointments.
- Monitors customer satisfaction survey results and works with customers to maximize results.
- Handles service counter overflow.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
