Nucar Chevrolet of Lowell is looking to hire two full-time Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultants to assist our quickly growing customer base in finding their next vehicle!

Nucar Chevrolet of Lowell is a large, full-service dealership located directly off of route 495 on the Lowell / Tewksbury line. We are easy to get to, and always carry a large inventory of both New and Used vehicles for our customers to choose from. JOB DUTIES
As an Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant at Nucar Chevy of Lowell, you will actively assist our customers in purchasing or leasing their next new or used vehicle. You are eager and driven but most of all you are ethical and honest. You excel at following a clear process and enjoy ongoing training and learning. You love meeting new people and make personal connections easily. With your friendly and helpful demeanor, you greet customers who enter the dealership showroom. You are a good communicator, and are able to accurately review and explain the features and benefits of each vehicle. You are a good listener and problem solver who asks the right questions and finds solutions to customers' needs. You thrive working in a TEAM environment, and appreciate a supportive Management Team that is invested in your long term success!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT / AUTO SALES REPRESENTATIVE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Commitment to learning
- Accurately and clearly communicate with people
- Demonstrate basic Sales proclivity
- Any sales experience is helpful, but not required - we will provide the right candidates with a training path!
WORK SCHEDULE
The schedule for this full-time position can vary slightly, depending on business needs, but definitely allows for a healthy work-life balance. The schedule is set up to work an average of approximately 43 hours in a 5 day work week, including Saturdays and early evenings (we close at 7:00pm on weekdays).
COMPENSATION
Our Sales Consultants earn $60,000 - $140,000+ /year. This position IS NOT 100% commission. We offer a good balance of base pay, commission and bonuses. We also offer generous benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company contribution, paid sick time, paid vacation, company-paid life insurance, and paid training.
