Role: Oracle IPayment Consultant/SME
Duration: 24 Months

Description:
As an Oracle Projects consultant, they will be responsible for supporting a specific initiative that will be using Oracle Projects as a back-end solution to consolidate specific transactions from Payables, iExpense, and Receivables to a front-end user-friendly dashboard. They will work closely with the internal Arrow IT functional and technical teams to drive all aspects of the project delivery lifecycle.
The Oracle Projects resource must be proficient in Project Costing, Project Billing, Payables, Receivables, as well as hold a basic understanding of iExpense. This individual should also have a strong understanding of interfaces that flow in and out of the Oracle Financials environment.
In addition, the contractor is responsible for:
- Supporting the requirements, design, creation, and testing phases of project while continuously coordinating and conducting transition of knowledge to functional IT team members.
- Participating in the analysis of user operational processes to develop functional system requirements, documenting business processes using standard business process and data flow diagrams.
- Identifying innovative solutions to business requirements in technical development as a part of performing and documenting Fit/Gap analysis with new system and Oracle Projects.
- Working with the technical team in regards to establishing new development of interfaces between internal and external sources as well as other extensions in the Oracle modules.
- Delivering functional specification documentation for RICE-W items, as well as configuration documentation for system setup.
- Assisting team in thorough testing of the design, including designing scenarios and scripts.
- Participating in the delivery of user support and training.
- Providing full documentation specific to the project as required by the ECS project methodology.
- Other duties as assigned based on project needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting or IT related field.
4 to 5 years experience in the areas of development, project management, and technical business analysis and design of the Oracle Application, specifically with Oracle Projects.
Solid functional understanding of Oracle Financials applications in order to support the project needs of the end users of the application.
Proficient in the core modules of Oracle such as GL, AP, AR, iExpense, iPayments; must have an understanding of the Procure to Pay and Order to Cash flows; must have overall understanding and experience within the core functionalities of various modules.
Must be able to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with internal functional and technical IT teams on financial process concepts and how the Oracle application can assist in supporting their needs.
