QUALIFICATIONS
Must reside within one of the following US states: AL, AK, FL, GA, IN, IA, MN, MO, NC, PA, TN, TX, UT
Must have 2 plus years experience in fast-paced tele-sales required
Proven ability to be productive from home
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Professional phone presentation, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
One call close experience strongly preferred
COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS
We do require our remote employees to provide their own tech and work in a designated home office where you will not be at risk of being overheard. As we are a financial institution, you will be discussing and collecting sensitive information.
Operating System: Windows or Mac (No Linux)
COMPENSATION
Paid training- we offer a supportive new hire commission plan that will transition into a lucrative long term commission plan after 120 days.
Uncapped commission where successful sales closers are earning $100,000 - $200,000 per year.
