Responsibilities:
- Point of contact between our customers and techs.
- Provide excellent customer care and service.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Advise customers on the care of their vehicle.
- Document customer vehicle needs.
- Obtain customer history and vehicle data.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain customer records.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Driving Record
- HS Diploma
- Positive Attitude
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to Follow Instructions
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Mechanical Skills & Understanding
- Basic Computer Skills
