On-Premise Sales Consultant
Job Description:
Johnson Brothers is a national family-owned wine, spirits, and beer distributor. Johnson Brothers has been providing exceptional service to our customers since 1953, representing the world's most famous brands in the beverage industry.
General responsibilities include the proper management of an established sales territory including selling, servicing, account management, administration, and accounts receivable.
Candidate must be located and familiar in the Lincoln or Omaha, NE area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage special events, programs, and initiatives set forth by supplier(s).
- Pro-actively drive business objectives and goals.
- Track results on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis to include: distribution, menus, drink features (permanent and temporary), promotions (facilitated and unfacilitated), visibility, and bar and wait staff persuasion and training.
- Assist with Point-of-sale tools to drive distribution, menu placement, and features for supplier brands.
- Track national account programs to ensure compliance with all programs set forth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable working area and vehicle condition.

Skills & Abilities:
Education: BS degree or equivalent work experience
Experience: Prior selling experience preferred
Computer Skills:
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Internet applications
- Prior experience working with Branches, Easy Bev, and/or Quota Tracker a plus
Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
Other Requirements:
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license, required insurance, and acceptable driving record
