Responsibilities:
- Oversee your own workflow. Ensure that all customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service for their vehicle.
- Exhibit professionalism in your duties and proactively manage your vehicles.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, ensuring the highest level of service.
- The Service Advisor is the expert at the maintenance and care of a customer's car.
- The advisor will:
- Ensure customers receive the automotive services they request.
- Present any additional services recommended by the manufacturer.
- Help identify the benefits and value of proper maintenance.
- Properly and timely communicate customer concerns and repair requests to technicians.
- Promptly keep the customer informed of the status at predetermined and as-needed times.
- Present estimates and document customer approval.
- Understand how to manage multiple competing deadlines.
- Other tasks as requested from a supervisor or manager.
Desirable:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others.
- Time management skills, including dependability and reliability.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional personal appearance and conduct.
- High degree of accountability.
- Possess an acceptable driving record and current valid driver's license. (Interested candidates must meet insurability standards set by our insurer.)
- Submit to a pre-employment background check.
