Responsibilities:

Oversee your own workflow. Ensure that all customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service for their vehicle.
Exhibit professionalism in your duties and proactively manage your vehicles.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, ensuring the highest level of service.
The Service Advisor is the expert at the maintenance and care of a customer's car.
The advisor will:
- Ensure customers receive the automotive services they request.
- Present any additional services recommended by the manufacturer.
- Help identify the benefits and value of proper maintenance.
- Properly and timely communicate customer concerns and repair requests to technicians.
- Promptly keep the customer informed of the status at predetermined and as-needed times.
- Present estimates and document customer approval.
Understand how to manage multiple competing deadlines.
Other tasks as requested from a supervisor or manager.

Desirable:

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others.
Time management skills, including dependability and reliability.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Professional personal appearance and conduct.
High degree of accountability.
Possess an acceptable driving record and current valid driver's license. (Interested candidates must meet insurability standards set by our insurer.)
Submit to a pre-employment background check.
