In this role, you will be responsible for walking clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to ownership. Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and sell new Lexus and pre-owned vehicles, as well as financial services offered by the dealership.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of Lexus products and services, current inventory of vehicles, and competitive vehicles and services.
- Exceed customer satisfaction goals by providing exceptional service.
- Attend all required training classes and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
- Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Policies & Procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Is legally able to work in the United States.
- Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability.
- Pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be able to obtain a Nevada Sales License.

Pay: Guarantee pay of $1250 per bi-weekly pay period for up to the first 3 months of employment or until conversion to the generous commissioned pay plan.
