As a Service Advisor, you will own the customer’s experience in the service lane and be the first point of contact for the client regarding their vehicle status, repairs, and diagnostics. You will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer service calls, set and confirm appointments
- Write repair orders
- Act as a liaison between the technician and customer
- Assist your client through the service process
- Collaborate with various team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing, and disclosure
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Organized and friendly personality
- Fantastic communication skills with customers
- Professional personal appearance
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
- Clean driving record
