Job Summary:
Chevyland is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our automotive department. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our vehicles to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is a Full Time, commission only role in the automotive industry located in Shreveport, Louisiana. This is an individual contributor role with the potential to earn between $30,000 to $150,000 per year, paid monthly.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and promote our vehicles, features, and benefits to potential customers
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and close sales deals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current market trends, competition, and product lineup
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and other performance objectives established by management
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Keep accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in the dealership's CRM system
- Attend product and sales training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is an asset
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Proficient in using technology and CRM systems
- Must pass a pre-employment background and drug screening
