Document Processor
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Consumer Benefit Solutions business group. The location for this role is in our Hammonton, NJ office.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Hammonton office.

What the day will look like
We are seeking a highly capable document processor to receive, verify, process, and distribute all employee documentation related to benefit eligibility. In this role, your duties will include organizing electronic files, securely storing documents onto third party benefit administration systems, and accurately communicating the results of your findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Review received documents (email, fax, and/or directly uploaded to system of record) to determine how they will be processed.
- Navigating through 3rd party systems for documentation placement and communication.
- Uploading documents and distributing documented materials to intended recipients.
- Administrative actions within 3rd party system to process and approve or correct enrollments.
- Securely discarding documents that have been uploaded and processed.
- Review reports for quality assurance and communicate findings if inaccuracies are discovered.
- Assist call center employees with questions regarding documentation processing requirements.
- Performing other administrative duties, when required.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or Benefits Administration.
- Must be available to work overtime during 4th quarter to meet client needs (may consist of evenings and some weekends).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience setting priorities and managing workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.
- Experience working in a team environment including maintaining cordial and effective relationships with clients, co-workers, carriers, vendors and other business contacts.
- Good communication skills including the ability to cooperate purposefully and provide information and guidance, as needed, to achieve the business goals of the company.
Preferred Experience
- Previous benefits experience.
- Bi-lingual Spanish and English - reading and speaking.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $38,000 - $42,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
