Apple Autos is seeking a motivated Bilingual Spanish Speaking Used Car Sales & Finance Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will receive hands-on training in both the sales process and the purchasing of vehicles. Additionally, you will learn how to guide customers through financing options. What You’ll Do:
- Develop personal selling skills through continued professional training on technique and product.
- Work with customers to determine their vehicle needs and discuss the options.
- Be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals.
- Follow the dealership’s processes and procedures to ensure an excellent rating on the sales, delivery, and follow-up process from each customer.
- Use closing techniques effectively; ask for help from management with closing when necessary.
- Set goals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives.
- Maintain customer information and contact management system.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous automotive sales experience is required.
- Proficient computer skills including email and internet experience.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Professional and respectful demeanor.
- Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport.
- Bilingual preferred.
