Our US Marketplace team is responsible for growing the DoorDash business in the US, helping customers to discover & order what’s best in their city, merchants to grow their sales, and dashers to find flexible work.
About the Role
The US Marketplace team is looking for a motivated and hands-on operator to lead key pillars of our Restaurant Growth strategy. As a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, you’ll scope, launch, scale, and operate the next generation of DoorDash products and channels to drive growth to our Restaurant partners.
You will report into the US Restaurant team, leading cross-functional collaboration between DoorDash’s product, marketing, finance, and analytics teams to deliver and retain new users on the DoorDash marketplace. You'll have the opportunity to help define new bets, incubate 0-1 experiments, scope partnership opportunities, and execute on a roadmap to improve new user retention.

We're excited about you because…
- You have 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations or consulting; high-growth startup experience is advantageous.
- You have 3+ years of people management experience.
- You have experience leading cross-functional projects and hitting goals.
- You are comfortable running analysis and manipulating datasets; SQL experience is strongly preferred.
- You always look for ways to improve and want to shape the direction of the company.
- You can motivate people at all levels across the organization.
- You can translate high-level goals into relevant plans.
- You love getting to a low level of detail.
Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.
$146,200 — $215,000 USD
