As an Implementation Consultant, you will implement Odoo. You'll be in direct contact with clients to help them with the effective use of Odoo Software. Therefore, you will analyze their needs, deliver personal training sessions, and provide support. You will be responsible for delivering the best management solution to your customers!
As an Implementation Consultant, you will support the growth of our partner network. You will help and coach our partners from around the world to implement their customers' projects and become Odoo Experts.
We want our team to be able to implement Odoo across different sectors and business areas. To achieve this, we require candidates with a few years of experience in implementation in domains such as manufacturing, accounting and finance, supply chain management, and e-commerce.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and suggest solutions.
- Accompany customers through the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.
- Negotiate the required resources.
- Train customers/partners to become Odoo Champions.
- Participate in first-line support and assist the sales team during pre-sale.
- Provide feedback to the Product Owners.
Must Have
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business/ERP Application.
- Ability to understand different business processes.
- Ability to learn quickly and execute accordingly.
- Affinity with the IT world.
Nice to Have
- Experience in management software implementation.
- Proficiency in product demonstration.
- Experience with various industry and customer segments.
- Ability to multitask.
