As a Design Consultant Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects. Your strong knowledge of construction projects from start to finish will speak to your ability to push the business forward through innovative and industry-changing ideas. You will be focused on the client experience by providing innovative solutions to conflicting priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Weekly Design Review Meetings with Architect and Food Service Design Partners. Accountable to Client for Design oversight of Site Plans, Space Utilization Plans (kitchen and customer areas), Schematic Design, Design Development, and other design documentation to ensure brand & operational integrity throughout the design, development, and construction process.
- Manage and track regional and market level projects to ensure projected timelines are met. Serve as Design point of contact/representative for assigned client Leadership Team & key stakeholders.
- Serve as Design point of contact/representative to regional Design Partners and clients national account Vendors (millwork, messaging, seating, etc.) for project coordination and information.
- Serve as point of contact Design professional for site-specific design clarifications and responses throughout the development & construction process (RFIs, Design Notes, Notifications, etc.)
- Utilize architectural design programs, client standards, tools, processes, and data to develop optimized design solutions for each location in the assigned region (SharePoint, BIM 360, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, other).
- Assist in the documentation & development of Regional/Market Level Design communications and processes.
- Client liaison responsible for change management and integration requests across the market & region to ensure timely communication and integration of change at the earliest appropriate time.
- Manage and communicate regional details and solutions with design partners not maintained in clients prototype system.
- Provide regularly scheduled project status updates to client Design Leadership.
- Minimum of 10 percent travel to project sites required.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture or Engineering preferred.
- (7+) years of relevant design and/or construction project management. Restaurant design experience required. (Strong understanding of kitchen equipment design packages, and DT site layouts).

Estimated total compensation for this position: 93,000.00 – 136,000.00 USD per year.
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
