- Spearhead special projects while maintaining supervisory duties.
- Step up to the plate and take charge of a section or the entire lab when Lab Manager and Lab Director are absent.
- Collaborate closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure top-notch service.
- Safeguard sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Set the pace by establishing work procedures and priorities within deadlines.
Requirements:

- Excel in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in laboratory supervision is a plus.
- MLS or MLT certification is a must.
