Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our Pediatrics team!
The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy to pediatric patients. Evaluates, treats, and plans patient care in accordance with Occupational Therapy standards, considering the needs of the patient as it pertains to the age and diagnosis of the patient.
HOURS: Full Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks. Day shift.
Experience/Qualifications
- Knowledge of occupational therapy standards and practices normally acquired through a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy.
- Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist beneficial.
- Current Wisconsin and/or Michigan Occupational Therapy license required.
- Current CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
