Summary:
The ABT role is a Mid Level Supervisor position that reports to the immediate BCBA. The Clinical Supervisor will have a caseload of up to 15 clients and 10 behavior technicians in the San Joaquin County. The ABT will help oversee the implementation of treatment plans, train technicians under their caseload on implementing treatment plans, assist in parent training, and help conduct clinical assessments as needed. The ABT is also responsible for writing and/or revising client reports under their caseload and ensuring timely submission of reports to the appropriate recipients.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, child development, childhood education, special education, speech and hearing services, or a related field.
- Current RBT or BCAT certification.
- 2 years of experience working with clients between the ages of 0-21 diagnosed with Autism and/or developmental disabilities in home, school, and/or community settings.
Preferences:
- 3 years of experience working with clients between the ages of 0-21 diagnosed with Autism and/or developmental disabilities in home, school, and/or community settings.
- 1 year of mid-level supervisor experience.
